Yes, I do realize that i just did a journal a week or two ago with the same name, but whatever. that is beside the point.
Well, this journal is called "For_Your_Entertainment" because i avidly want to talk about Adam Lambert's American Music Awards performance that happened just this sunday night. I will give u a step by step commentary of it thanks to the video of it being on my ipod. so here we go:

The announcer says, "The excitement has been building for months. His album is out tomorrow but he's here tonight. Ladies and gentleman, making his debut performance with his first single......ADAM LAMBERT!!!"

The lights start to go down. Two huge screens on each displaying in ornamented letters "Adam Lambert". The screens move to the side. A dark sounding piano starts playing. Almost like a goth tribute to classical music, that little piano part. Four spotlights hone in on Adam, just a dark silhouette from the camera angle at that point. Adam starts singing, slow and haunting, unlike the studio version of the song, "So hooooooooot" (camera comes in closer)
Out the booooooox." (another short piano part and close up on Adam. Hair done up in a gelled back messy pompadour. Shiny silver suit with spikes on the left shoulder, almost a classy version of his Idol Tour jacket)
"Can we pick up the pace?" (a little more violently now)
"Turn it uuuuuuuuuuup. (Sexy lower octave now) Heeeeeeeeat it uuuuup."
"You need to be entertaaaaaaaaaaaaaained!"
(Lights and fire go off as the classic kick-snare drums start and the electronic beat kicks in)
"So hot out the box. Can we pick up the pace?" (Grabs a dancers leg who is on her back on the ground.)
(While dragging the dancer across the stage): "Turn it up. Heat it up. I need to be entertained. Push the limit. Are you with it, baby?" (Dancer gets up and sexily dances around Adam while touching him) "Don't be afraid. Imma hurt you real good, baby!"
"Let's go, it's my show (two men hooked to a shiny silver whip that Adam is holding.) "Baby do what I say." (Walks men across the floor still holding onto them with the whip) "Don't trip off the glitz that I'm gonna display." (Drops whip) "Give it to ya til you're (would be *screamin' my name* right here but Adam proceeded to take one of the male dancer's heads and rub it against his crotch here so ABC cut the sound out for a few seconds. It was very sexy)
(Adam starts walking up the stairs) "No escapin' when I start. Once I'm in I own your heart!" (Takes a female dancer's head and shoves it against his crotch) "There's no way to ring the alarm." (Now on a platform up the stairs) (Close up) "So hold on til it's over!"
(White stage light's flash on incredibly bright)
"Oooooh! Do you know what you got into? Can you handle what I'm 'bout to do? 'Cus it's about to get rough for you. I'm here for your entertianment!" (Get's on a lower platform)
"Oooooh!" (Two dancers grinding on him, one male one female) "I bet you thought that I was soft and sweet. You thought an angel swept ya off your feet." (Starts walking up stairs to another platform but trips on stairs. However, he does a super awesome roll without missing any words and recovers. all while singing): "Well I'm about to turn up the heat. I'm here for your entertainment!"
(Gets up from the fall and has a cane now!)
"It's alright. You'll be fine." (Gyrates with cane) "Baby, I'm in control. Take the pain take the pleasure I'm the master of both. Close your eyes, not your mind. Let me into your sooooul." (Close up on Adam's face) Imma work ya til you're totally blown" (Stands up and walks down stairs to lower platform) "No escapin' when I start. Once I'm in I own your heeeeart! There's no way to ring the alarm" (Female dancer takes cane) (Grabs male dancer and sings): "So hold on til it's over!" (Throws dancer off platform)
"Oooooh!" (Walks down stairs to stage-level. Two male dancers bring out a mirror-door) "Do you know what you got into?" (Adam walks through door and slams it. As door goes back, female dancer comes through.) "Can you handle what I'm 'bout to do?" (Male and female dancer now grinding on Adam) "'Cus it's about to get rough for you. I'm here for your entertainment!"
"Oooooh!" (Adam starts walking to stage-right with female dancer following.) "I bet you thought that I was soft and sweet. You thought an angel swept ya off your feet." (Adam walks up two stairs to small round platform with chair and female dancer over chair). "Well I'm about to turn up the heat. I'm here for your entertainmeeeeeeent!"
(Sits in chair)
"For your entertainment." (Female dancers foot comes down in between Adam's legs onto chair. Adam then grabs her leg up near the you-know-what)
